RCS Pathway To Transparency
1/4 Cent Sales Tax Referendum on the May 8, Primary Ballot
In February The Rockingham County Economic Development and Rockingham Community College presented their request to the County Commissioners that a 1/4 Cent Sales Tax Referendum be placed on the ballot, to fund much needed expansion at RCC.

For every four dollars spent, only a single penny would go to tax.
Gasoline, Prescription Drugs, and Non-Prepared Food Items
would NOT be taxed.
Remember, the best vote is an informed vote!
